When I arrived in Wales with my wife Suzanne on 10th October 2019, we immediately commenced  the purchase of a home and the subsequent movement of our household goods which were en route from Brisbane, Australia into our new home in Carmarthenshire, Wales.

For the next few months we were involved in some major internal renovations and the addition of a conservatory.

On 29th of July 2020, after contacting the District Superintendent Rev. Ruth Lowe, I met Rev Cassius Francis in a combined Zoom with Rev Ruth Lowe. Then in August of 2020, I was contacted by Rev Cassius who further explained his position and the Wesleyan Holiness Church’s protocol. He sent us both an ‘Application For Oxygen Network’, which included the request for an Initial Screening Assessment.

As a result of the ISA Rev Cassius recommended that we attend a module of Forge Coaching, which we then applied for. With his support both my wife, Suzanne and I have joined the course and are being mentored by Timothy and Tammy Aho who were presenting the course. Rev Cassius has both participated and presented a tutorial at Forge.

Rev Cassius has been in regular contact with us, ensuring that we are both settling in and moving forward towards our mission to plant a church in our area.

We are now looking forward to a continuing successful and blessed relationship with the Wesleyan Holiness Church and in particular with Rev Cassius as we follow our calling to ‘bring God’s word to the people’.
